Some Quick Search Tips

How to quickly search with phrases and alternate spelling:

  • Many databases now use predictive phrasing technology so you can scroll down to an “OR” phrase that matches your term
  • Use quotation marks around term phrases to keep words together in a search
  • Use the asterisks symbol to truncate alternate endings of a word
