Photocopy Options for the Non-ISU Law Library Users

In-Person Request Option with Pick Up

 

Available all the hours the Library is open

Cost for a personal in-house request
     Base cost of $0.10 per page plus tax

Payment options

  1. Pay in cash upon pick-up
  2. Charge to Bannock County (option available only to Bannock County judges/clerks and inmates)
  3. Request personal or corporate billing

Document Delivery Option (Items from the Oboler Library's Own Collection)

Hours of Service
     Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Requests should be submitted using the Oboler Library's standardized Document Delivery Request Form (this document is in pdf Format). See information about available services and fees.

Deliver requests to the Library in one of the following ways:

  1. Fax the Request Form to: (208) 282-4295 (preferred method)
  2. Submit the request by Phone: call (208) 282-3248
    1. Fill out a Document Delivery Request Form in person.
    2. The Circulation Desk staff must locate the document in the Library's collection. It will then be delivered to the requester as indicated on the Request Form.

 

Cost for Document Delivery Copying

Law Case, Article or Book Chapter:
     Base cost of $12.00 per item + applicable copyright fees
     (Cost includes: first 30 pages for paper-to-paper copies or first 10 pages for microform-to-paper copies, mailing or fax costs and tax.)

Additional Page Cost:
     $0.10/page for paper-to-paper copies after first 30 pages
     $0.30/page for microform-to-paper copies after first 10 pages.

The Circulation Desk staff will locate the document in the Library's collection and the requested document can be either Faxed, Mailed or Picked Up at the Library 1st floor Circulation Desk as indicated on the request form. Normally, the Library anticipates that it should be able to copy and forward material from its own collection within 3 business days.

 

Rush Fee
     $10.00 per item requested plus regular document-delivery fees.
     If quick access to material is required, then rush delivery is available.
     This means that the Library staff will put this request on a priority level and secure it as quickly as possible.
     Requests in before 3:00 p.m. can be delivered by fax or picked up that day.
