Find images via:
Flickr Creative Commons: Make sure to give attribution and link back to the content creator.
Compfight: Run your search, then select Creative Commons on the side bar.
World Images: These are all licensed under the Creative Commons heading- just give attribution and link back when possible.
If you are somewhat comfortable with HTML there is a cool app called ImageCodr that takes the Flickr image URL and creates a code with the link, the Creative Commons icon and the attribution info.
Otherwise, put this text (or something similiar) under the photo: CC image courtesy of [content creator w/ link] via [source].
