Librarians play a significant role in helping future clinicians learn to find and use evidence to make informed decisions. With one-third of the Idaho State University student population enrolled in the Kasiska Division of Health Sciences, the library’s Health Sciences Librarians stay busy!
I came to ISU this August after working as an instructional design consultant at Boise State University’s eCampus Center. Prior to Boise State, I spent eight years as a librarian at Towson University’s Albert S. Cook Library. At TU, I held leadership roles related to instructional technology and assessment within the library, in addition to serving as the library’s liaison to Psychology and responsibilities in information literacy instruction, research help services, and collection development.

I love helping people learn to conduct research! It's a joy to teach others how to find the information they need to answer their questions, and I always get to learn a little about their research topics along the way.
