Research shows that adopting OER in courses increases access to materials and promotes student retention. During Open Education Week, on March 6 - 10, many of ISU’s 2022 OER Stipend Recipients and Textbook Heroes shared their experiences enhancing their courses through the use of open and affordable educational resources (OAER). The committee wants to thank the presenters who participated this year. The information they shared was valuable and can be useful for anyone who would like to make efforts to insert OAER into their own courses.
